FAQQuestions
Everything you need to know about parking, road closures, accessibility, and making the most of your day at One Romsey.
Yes — One Romsey is completely free to attend. There is no entrance fee or ticket required. Simply turn up and enjoy the day.
One Romsey runs from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday 14th June 2026. Stalls and activities open from 11:30 AM so feel free to arrive early and explore.
The festival takes place across Romsey Town Centre and Memorial Park. The main stage is located in the park, with stalls and activities spread through the town centre pedestrian areas.
There are several public car parks close to the event site. We recommend the Test Valley Borough Council car parks on Alma Road and The Hundred. Both are within a short walk of Memorial Park. Please check local signage on the day as some spaces may have time restrictions.
Yes — parts of the town centre will be closed to through traffic to safely accommodate the festival footprint. Full details of road closures please visit www.romsey-tc.gov.uk/road-closures.html
Romsey is well served by bus routes from Southampton, Salisbury, and surrounding villages. The nearest train station is Romsey Station, approximately a 10-minute walk from Memorial Park. We encourage visitors to travel by public transport where possible.
We are committed to making One Romsey welcoming and accessible to everyone. The main event areas are step-free and accessible by wheelchair. Accessible toilets and dedicated rest areas will be on site. If you have specific requirements or questions, please contact us at hello@oneromsey.org.uk and we will do our best to help.
Yes! We have a fantastic selection of local street food vendors and food trucks joining us for the day. There will be options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices. Alcoholic and soft drinks will also be available from licensed vendors.
You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy in the designated picnic areas. We ask that you take your litter home with you or use the bins provided, and respect the shared spaces for everyone.
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome at One Romsey. Please be mindful of other visitors, particularly young children, and always clean up after your pet. Some areas close to food stalls may ask that dogs are kept at a respectful distance.
One Romsey takes place rain or shine. We have covered areas and weatherproof stalls throughout the site. We recommend bringing a waterproof layer just in case. The event will only be cancelled or significantly modified in the event of severe weather that poses a genuine safety risk to visitors or volunteers.
We would love your help! One Romsey is run entirely by dedicated local volunteers. If you would like to volunteer on the day or help with planning and organisation, visit our Volunteer page or send us a message at hello@oneromsey.org.uk. Every pair of hands makes a huge difference.
Applications for community, charity, and trade stalls open in early 2026. Priority is given to Romsey-based businesses, local charities, and community organisations. Keep an eye on this website and our social media for announcements on when applications open.
We are always looking for local talent! Applications for the performance programme — covering music, spoken word, and other acts — will open in early 2026. Email hello@oneromsey.org.uk with a brief introduction and any relevant links to get on our radar.
Yes. A digital programme booklet will be available to download before the event and will include the event map, performance schedules, activities, and key information to help you plan your day.
